  • I Acknowledge That I Am Not Pregnant.
  • I Do Not Have Any Skin Allergies, Heart Condition, Sugar.
  • I Agree, I Will Not Be Under Any Kind Of Drugs Or Alcoholic Influence For At Least 7 To 10 Days.
  • I Understand That If My Skin Color Is Darker, The Colors Will Not Appear As Bright As They Done Light Skin.
  • I Have Looked Over My Design & Checked The Spelling.
  • I Agree To Follow All Instructions Concerning The Care Of My Tattoo While It Is Healing And Afterward When The Healing Is Done.
  • No Guarantee Of Tattoo On Fingers & Palm.
  • I Agree To Pay Any Damaged One By Myself.
    Extra Charges For Aftercare Cream & Touch-Up.
  • I Agree To Check My Tattoo Work Before I Leave This Premise, The Artist or B Tattoos Studio Is Not Responsible For Any Left Overwork (Basic Touch-Up Charges Are Applicable For Even If It Is A Single Dot).
  • I Have Read And Understand This Agreement, And My Questions Have Been Addressed And Answered To My Satisfaction.
